REDLINEWEEKLY

Terms of service

Interim version, 28 September 2026. These terms apply until a lawyer-reviewed version replaces them; we will tell subscribers by email when that happens.

1. Who we are

Redline Weekly is run by Park Plan Pty Ltd (ABN 37 650 070 670), Level 2, Pier 2/3, 13 Hickson Road, Walsh Bay NSW 2000, Australia (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at hello@redlineweekly.com.

2. What Redline Weekly is

Redline Weekly is a general information service. It shows public market and economic data, compares each reading with its own history, and sends a weekly email and alerts.

Data, not advice. Redline Weekly describes market conditions and does not make buy or sell recommendations.

  • It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take your objectives, finances or needs into account. It is the same for every subscriber.
  • It does not predict markets. Past readings describe what happened then; they do not say what will happen next.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions. Consider getting advice from a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.
  • The data comes from third-party publishers. It can be delayed, revised or wrong, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

3. Your account

  • One account is for one person. Please don’t share your sign-in details.
  • Keep your password secure and your email address up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Subscriptions and the free trial

  • Plans. Monthly or yearly, priced in US dollars on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
  • Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per person. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken when it ends.
  • Renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings (or email us). You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
  • Lifetime pricing for 2026 subscribers. Every subscriber who starts in 2026 keeps their price for as long as they stay subscribed without a break. Prices for new subscribers may change; we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice of any change that affects them.
  • Refunds. See our refund policy.

5. Data sources

Each reading names its original publisher. Series obtained through FRED® remain the work of their original publishers. This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. No publisher endorses Redline Weekly.

6. The AI presenter

Some of our videos are read by an AI presenter. They are always labelled as AI.

7. Using the service fairly

  • The dashboard, emails and content are for your own personal use.
  • Please don’t copy, resell or republish them, share your account, or use automated tools (such as scrapers) to collect data from the site.

8. Our content

The site, the dashboard design, the text and the emails belong to us. The underlying data belongs to its publishers and is used under their terms.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • Nothing in these terms excludes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from decisions you make using Redline Weekly, or from data being delayed, revised or wrong.
  • As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will email subscribers before they take effect. If you keep using Redline Weekly after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
